Curto's Appliances has served the New York City metropolitan area since 1948 and
starting in 2003 we began nationwide shipping for online shoppers.
If you are planning on purchasing appliances from Curto's over the Web, please be aware that you have several shipping methods to choose from.
Economy Delivery
Economy shipping is an outside delivery to a threshold area. Economy delivery does not include unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal. This method also does not include steps. These services may be added to your order for an additional charge by calling our sales department at 800-966-2878.
White-Glove Delivery
White glove delivery includes delivery to the room of your choice. Please inspect your item at the time of delivery if you notice any problem please contact our customer service department at 800-966-2878. Please note that white glove delivery does not include installation or carrying the products up/down more than 5 steps. If you need these services please call Curto's at 800-966-2878. White glove delivery is the best option to protect you in case there are damages to the appliances which are only revealed once the packaging is removed. If there are any damages revealed upon delivery, you have the right to refuse the damaged piece and we will ship you a new item right away if it is currently in stock.
Free Nationwide Economy Delivery*
As noted above, economy delivery does not include unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal. This method also does not include steps. Free economy delivery is also not available for all appliances under 75 lbs, which includes most microwaves and disposals.
*Curto's offers free economy delivery to the majority of the contiguous United States.
